PERPETUAL EUCHARISTIC ADORATION Come to Me.... I will refresh you.” Mt. 11:28 Packets explaining Eucharistic Adoration are available. If you would like to sign up for a weekly hour, or need further information, please call the church office at 966-4540. Substitutes provide a valuable support for our Chapel. If you are unable to make a weekly hour, but would like to occasionally fill in for someone regularly scheduled, please call the church office or Anita Gouge at 966-9504. “Could you not watch with me one hour?” Matthew 26:40 Jesus asked his apostles to keep watch with him the night that he began his Passion for us. He invites us now to keep him company in Eucharistic Adoration. Our night adorers could use help. Would you be able to spend one hour a month (or more) as a support? [Pope John Paul II On the Christian Meaning of Human Suffering] Do you know someone who would love to participate in Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration at SJN, but is physically unable to come to the Chapel? In November 2007, the Parish incorporated those who are not able to get out as associates in Adoration. Adorers "in spirit" have a weekly holy hour that corresponds to a partner who is actually present in the Chapel. If you would like to invite a partner to unite his/her prayers with you during your Adoration hour, please contact Anita. |
