This ministry was started by parishioners in January 1990 in answer to the need for food by several charitable groups in town. Now we pick up from Kroger, Publix and Fresh Market food items that support the operation of the E.M. Jellinek Center, which was founded by Frank Kolinsky, UT fotball player. This is a center for chemically dependent people (only men are the residents there). For more information about the center and its mission, please visit: www.emjellinekcenter.org.
We have a great team of caring volunteers who continually offer their services for the benefit of this recovery center. This loving act of charity can be done once a week or once a month. Whatever fits your schedule. To become a part of this team, please contact Andrew Cieslik at firstname.lastname@example.org.
